We use DPD for all our shipments, they provide accurate and up to date tracking information for all our customers.
We aim for orders placed before 3pm to be delivered next working day, if placed after 3pm Friday they will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Bank holidays will cause additional delivery delays
Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Friday, delivery will be the following Monday.

Orders placed after 3pm on Thurdays will be processed on Friday.
Our standard delivery fee covers orders to Mainland UK, there are additional charges to certain areas of the UK from our Courier, there are also additional charges for shipments outside the UK. Shipping prices will be calculated in Basket.
Our Order Confirmation email is automated at the point an order is placed on our system. There are two reasons the email may not arrive in your inbox, your email provider may have filtered the Confirmation into your Junk or Spam folder, please check these folders. Alternatively there me have been a spelling error in the email you entered, if you believe this to be the case please contact our Customer Service team to assist in your order.
Unfortunately we do not offer a collection service for our products.
We currently do not offer a Weekend delivery service.
When you place your order our courier will contact you to confirm the delivery schedule, this may be in the form of a text message or an email.
Unfortunately we require a signature to deliver our products and cannot deliver to a PO Box.
Customs & Import charges are determined by the destination country. We have no control over the Customs & import charges applied to our product shipped internationally. If a product is returned to us due to no payment of Customs & import Charges, we reserve the right to deduct associated costs from any refund claim.
We have created a safe & secure syatem for ordering through our website. Your data is protected through our industry standard SSL encryption. All transactions are processed through our secure payment gateway.
We accept Mastercard, Visa 7 Maestro cards.
All our transactions are in £ GBP, please be aware that by using a different currency your bank may apply a charge, this is outside our control.
Valid promotional codes may be entered in the basket.

For best results enter your registration details in the lookup tool of the website, you will then be shown a list of part categories, select the category you need and you will be presented with a list of compatible parts. You can also use our vehicle selection tool to find the parts you are looking for, however this is less accurate. for any questions regarding compatibility, please contact us to confirm.
Some vehicle manufacturers apply different parts to their vehicles dependant on configuration, this can result in multiple results for the same vehicle as the system cannot differentiate between the many variations of the vehicle. To confirm compatibility please contact our customer service team to assist you.
The product detail page will show you the applicable vehicles, the references used by the original manufacturer, and any product specific data, such as terminal type or cable length. Any information not presented on the website may be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
We do not offer a fitting service for our products
Different Garages and service centres have different policies for User supplied Parts, please contact your chosen fitter to ensure they will fit a part sourced online.
Our system presents only the parts that are available for order and in stock. If the part is not shown it is likely out of stock.

Some parts contain additional parts required for fitting, if the parts has such parts included it will be noted on the product detail page
If the item is in stock it will be shown on the product detail page above the price.
If your order was successful you will receive a confirmation email and you will be directed to a page showing your order details
We reserve the right to adjust our pricing to allow us to respond to market changes in demand, competior pricing or promotional activities. Unfortunately we do not allow a retrosepctive price adjustment. You are welcome to return and refund your unfitted product within 28 days of purchase, however you would be responsible for the shipping charges.
We do not offer a price matching service
Once an order is placed it is placed in our automated system for dispatch. If there is an error in the order or delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible to try to correct prior to dispatch.
We aim to ship all ordered items together.
If you have a registered account with us your order details will be available in your account page, alternatively you can contact our customer servie team who can assist you
Fill in a form on our Returns page, once you have filled in this form we will provide instructions for returning your product
We expect the returns process to take between 3-7 working days from the point of filling in the request form.
Once your refund has been authorised we will instruct our bank to refund the money, this process can take up to 10 days to complete.
While we take exvery precaution to ensure your product arrives in the best condition sometimes accidents happen, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
If your product has a fault and is outside the returns period, please contact us to make a Warranty claim
If the part is faulty then we will cover the returns postage, if you have decided to return your product with no fault then the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
When a product is returned to us as 'No longer required' the shipping costs are non refundable.
We appreciate that sometimes in spite of our best efforts there are occasions where you may not be satisfied with our performace. In these rare cases we welcome your feedback, please contact us to discuss your situation and we will do our best to resolve.
